| The semester programme is organised to introduce students to the architectural design process, simulating all the phases of the process with certain level of simplification: analysis and understanding of the assignment, formulating of the concept, design proposal, architectural detail, oral and graphic presentation etc. The subject of the design is a small object housing a simple function with elementary regulation. Final competences after passing the course are: Understanding the design process and its phases and creating a design proposal of a simple object.
THE COURSE IS PRIMARILY INTENDED FOR ARCHITECTURE STUDENTS IN 2nd/3rd SEMESTER, IT REQUIRES BASIC SKILLS IN ARCHITECTURE DESIGN AND PRESENTATION. |

4. Concept work, exploration of variants, discussion of architecture.
5. Concept work, review of variants, 1. work-in-progress check - stabilisation of the concept.
6.-10. Elaboration of the design.
11. 2. Work-in-progress check, finalizing the final design.
12.-13. Work on the final design presentation - drawing and model. |
