External person registration

Registration of external persons on the FCE Porta is only for persons who do not have a CTU identity and thus do not have a CTU username and password. If you have a CTU identity, please do not register, but sign in via Login portal.

Do not access the sign-up page directly as you do now, but be redirected to it by the Portal.
