Study matters can also be handled in person out of the office hours listed below by prior arrangement with the study officer.

until 17. 7.	standard office hours as during the semester
20. 7. – 21. 8.	WEDNESDAY   9:00 – 11.00, 13:00 - 15:00
from 24. 8.	standard office hours as during the semester

The Faculty´s mailroom is available daily for the submission of documents to the Student Administration.
Communication through the ServiceDesk may be handled with a delay of several days due to holidays.
