In order to implement Article 2 par. 12 of the Code of Practice for Doctoral Degree Studies at the Faculty of Civil Engineering CTU in Prague, pursuant to Article 18 par. 4 of the Statute of the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague, I hereby issue the following measure:

By this measure, the Faculty Dean sets out criteria for the assessment of non-fulfilment of study obligations under Article 6 par. 5 of the Rules for Granting Scholarships at CTU in Prague.

1. If a Doctoral degree student fails to achieve the minimum number of 10 points in the last completed evaluation of Doctoral degree studies at the Faculty of Civil Engineering CTU in Prague, this is considered as non-fulfilment of study obligations under Article 6 par. 5 of the Rules for Granting Scholarships at CTU in Prague.
2. The provision referred to in paragraph 1 does not apply to the students whose period of study since the study start date has not exceeded 12 months.

1. The Dean´s measure No. 4/2019 is hereby cancelled.
2. This measure enters into force on the day of its issue.
