Dean´s Directive No. 3/2016 - Scholarships for Ph.D. students studying in a foreign language

 

The fees related to study in a foreign language are regulated by the Act on Universities No. 111/1998 Coll, Art.58, par.5 and the CTU Statute (hereinafter referred to as fee).

The fee stipulated in the CTU Statute is part of the agreement with a student and is valid for the whole period of their study.

The student is obliged to settle the fee always before the start of the semester, any postponement may only be granted by the Faculty Dean. The postponement of payment may always be granted by no later than the date of the following data collection by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport.

Non-payment of the fee may result in expulsion from study.

According to an internal regulation, the fee is divided between the Supervisor´s Department and the Faculty (50% Supervisor´s Department, 40% Faculty, 10% Science and Research Department).

The student who complies with the conditions below will be granted a scholarship in an amount corresponding to the stipulated fee percentage in the following year:

The scholarship may be granted to students in full-time study and is funded from the scholarship fund of the Faculty of Civil Engineering.

The provisions of this regulation are valid from 1. 3. 2016.

There is no legal claim to the scholarship.
