of coronavirus (contagious viral disease) infection, and based on up-to-date information on the development of the current coronavirus situation;
the provisions of this order do not apply in cases where stricter conditions, rules and procedures are set by legal regulations or other binding measures
of a higher legal force 1.

Treasurer are entitled to issue methodological instructions to implement this order. Any potential specifications and methodological instructions will
be sent to students and employees by email and, at the same time, published on the Faculty website.
- This order is in force from 18. 5. 2020 to 31. 5. 2020 when the Faculty is in limited operation.
II. Measures to mitigate risks of infection
- The Faculty employees and students are obliged to become familiar, on a daily basis, with current information on the situation in terms of the CTU and

CTU website or on the Faculty website and abide by the instructions
published there. The employees who do not have access to the web interface must be mediated this information by their immediate superiors. Students will also
be informed via the CTU Study Information System ("KOS").
- Instruction has been replaced, to a maximum possible extent, by contactless teaching (i.e. using online teaching and remote electronic means of communication).
Contact instruction may be held provided the condition of the maximum presence of 15 students in a group is observed. The Faculty staff responsible
for organizing contact teaching shall provide the Management with the list of persons participating in contact teaching within the group. The list will be filed
for 60 days from the end of the state of emergency. Send the list by email at: eva.steffelova@fsv.cvut.cz.
- Consultations can be held in a contact format on the Faculty campus with the presence of no more than 15 students in a group provided the persons offering
the consultation agree with it and organize holding the consultation pursuant to the principles specified in this order. The Faculty staff responsible for holding
the consultation shall provide the Management with the list of persons participating in the contact consultation within the group. The list will be filed for 60 days
from the end of the state of emergency. Send the list by email at: eva.steffelova@fsv.cvut.cz.
Contact consultations must be held in dedicated rooms observing public health regulations in the case that the consultation is not individual (with the presence of only
one student). Contactless consultations should be preferred, or individual consultations, if needed, and group consultations should only be held in exceptional cases.
- In organizing study and holding examinations, the following regulations apply:
- Rector´s Order No. 9/2020 on the organization of study and implementation of examinations at CTU
in connection with restrictive measures for the mitigation of risks of infection by coronavirus disease as amended;
- CTU methodological instructions issued by the CTU Vice-Rector for Bachelor and Master Studies and the Vice-Rector for Science, Creative Activities and Ph.D. Studies;

which places in the last 14 days and, potentially, what persons from the Faculty they have met.
- It is recommended not to visit places with higher concentrations of people, not only on the Faculty campus.
- Work is done, to a maximum possible extent, in a contactless format using electronic means of communication. Where possible, working from home office is used so that the employees
