The Computing and Information Center (VIC FSv) ensures the technical and system operation of the faculty computer network, including external connectivity and a wireless network on the faculty premises, the operation of computer classrooms, the central data store and the operation of fixed telephone lines. It ensures the security of the faculty network by operating a central firewall, supporting antivirus software and local firewalls on end stations and operating other security technologies on active network elements.

VIC FSv ensures the operation of its own information systems for the needs of the faculty and, in cooperation with VIC CTU, the technical and methodological operation of CTU central information systems, which currently include student registration systems and their study results, financial, personnel and payroll subsystems and other systems.

It provides professional and methodological assistance for faculty users, especially in the area of ​​maintenance of faculty computer technology, its purchase and service.

VIC creates a technical background for the faculty in the area of ​​audiovisual technology and large-format printing.
