- Applications for Bachelors Thesis are not used
- Practicum Certificate DOC ; PDF - change 18.2.2022
- Bachelor's Thesis Proposal - to assign the Bachelor Thesis, the Department have to use
the form prepared in IS KOS, where the student´s personal and study data are automatically pre-filled.
- Application for final graduation examination DOC ; PDF - change 18.2.2022

- Application for Diploma thesis - programme Civil Engineering DOC ; PDF - change 28.8.2024
- Diploma (Master's) Thesis Proposal - to assign the Master Thesis, the Department have to use
the form prepared in IS KOS, where the student´s personal and study data are automatically pre-filled.
