Electronic registration for Master's degree FGE in IS KOS - dates, student's procedure

Procedure in the case that by the deadline for submitting applications the student:

• HAS FULFILLED the whole study plan – registration in IS KOS applies

• do not use the tab in the field "Kontrola splnění podmínek pro SZZ/Check for compliance with conditions for FGE" – it is off
• in the field "Termíny SZZ/FGE dates", the respective FGE term is displayed in the first column "Datum konání/Date of examination", i.e. February in the case of registration in the winter semester and June in the case of registration in the spring semester. In the last column "Akce/Action", the box "Přihlásit/Register" is displayed
• click on "Přihlásit/Register" – the line changes colour into green and "ANO/YES" is displayed in the last but one column "Přihlášen/Registered"
In this way, the student has registered for FGE in the respective semester and academic year.
A specific date of holding FGE is assigned to the student by the Department where the student wrote MT, the date is announced to the student in IS KOS.
By the deadline for submitting applications, the student can cancel the registration and reregister repeatedly.
After the deadline for submitting applications, the registration status cannot be changed in IS KOS.
The FGE thematic areas are listed in the study plan of the respective branch of study. In the case that the branch includes elective FGE thematic areas, the student chooses the thematic area in IS KOS during registration for FGE.
• HAS NOT FULFILLED the whole study plan – registration at Student Administration applies

If a student has not fulfilled the study plan by the deadline for registration listed in IS KOS, they must successively visit Student Administration to register for FGE the day after the deadline, which is listed in the time plan of the respective academic year, expires.
Without the fulfilment of the study plan, the student cannot register for FGE in IS KOS.
In the form "Přihlašování na státní závěrečnou zkoušku/Registration for Final State Examination", the following text automatically appears:
"You have not complied with the conditions to access the form" + reasons for non-fulfilment of the conditions, e.g. Non-fulfilment: only 60 credit points were gained from the study plan, 90 credit points are required". (This condition of 90 credit points will e.g. be fulfilled later by granting a credit for DT).
