Abstract(semestr B232)
Concepts in urban space design in history, form of the city, typology of urban space, philosophies behind, practices of urban space design in European cultural context, land-use, planning controle, preservation of cities, urban ecology, trends and policies in urban planning and regional development.
Content 
Course consists of series of lectures about urbanism, one comprehesive seminar work (analysis of a chosen city) and few field excursions to the city.
Lecture will teach about concepts in urban space design in history, form of the city, typology of urban space, philosophies behind, practices of urban space design in European cultural context, land-use, planning controle, preservation of cities, urban ecology, trends and policies in urban planning and regional development.
