DEAN´S MEASURE No. 7/2023
on the specification of non-fulfilment of study obligations in Doctoral degree studies
In order to implement Article 2 par. 12 of the
Code of Practice for Doctoral Degree Studies at the Faculty of Civil Engineering CTU in Prague,
pursuant to Article 18 par. 4 of the
Statute of the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague,
I hereby issue the following measure:
Article 1
Subject of regulation
By this measure, the Faculty Dean sets out criteria for the assessment of non-fulfilment of study obligations under Article 6 par. 5 of the
Rules for Granting Scholarships at CTU in Prague.
Article 2
Specification of non-fulfilment of study obligations
- If a Doctoral degree student fails to achieve the minimum number of 15 points in the last completed evaluation of Doctoral degree studies
at the Faculty of Civil Engineering CTU in Prague, this is considered as non-fulfilment of study obligations under Article 6 par. 5
of the Rules for Granting Scholarships at CTU in Prague.
- The provision referred to in paragraph 1 does not apply to the students whose period of study since the study start date has not exceeded
12 months.
Article 3
Final provisions
- The Dean´s measure No. 1/2023 is hereby cancelled.
- This measure will enter into force after the evaluation of Doctoral degree students for the 2022/2023 academic year will be completed.
