1. Overview of basic properties and requirements on building constructions (thermal transmittance, internal surface temperature and temperature factor, water vapor condensation) 2. Dynamic simulation models of hygro-thermal behavior of constructions (practical introduction to the WUFI program, input data, calculation options, outputs and their processing) 3. Energy performance of buildings (basic principles of calculation according to EN ISO 52016-1, mean thermal transmittance, energy need for heating and cooling, total energy use and primary energy, production of energy by photovoltaics, cogeneration and solar collectors) 4. CFD analyses of thermal and moisture behaviour of constructions (practical introduction to ANSYS (Mechanical), input data, calculation models, output data and their processing, stationary and transient heat transfer by conduction) 5. CFD analyses of thermal and moisture behaviour of constructions (practical introduction to Ansys FLOVENT, steady state heat transfer by conduction, convection and radiation in a closed air cavity) 6.
