Life-Long Learning courses (hereinafter LLL) for doctoral degree students

Based on an agreement concluded between CTU in Prague, the Faculty of Civil Engineering (hereinafter FCE), Charles University, the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics (hereinafter FMP), Charles University, the Faculty of Science (hereinafter FS) and the Faculty of Environmental Sciences (FES) of the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague, doctoral degree students at FMP, FS and FES can attend courses of study at FCE, and doctoral degree students at FCE can attend courses of study at FMP, FS and FES.

The above applies to the completion of individual courses within doctoral degree studies according to the applicant´s own choice.

The course participant does not have the student status pursuant to Act No. 111/1998 Col. on Institutes of Higher Education.

Course price:

• For CU FMP, CU FS and CULSP FES students – the course is free of charge
• CULSP FES students pay an administration fee of CZK 500,- before the start of the course (to the FCE account included in the application form)

Organisation procedure at FCE (for applicants from FMP, FS and FES):

• submission of an application for a LLL course with compulsory enclosures to the Doctoral Degree Student Administration
  (The application can only list courses whose course capacity has not been fully occupied.)
  approval by the Vice-Dean for Science and Research is provided via Ms Kabilková
• participation in a LLL course in the application is always concluded for 1 semester – winter or summer,
  (registration for courses of the following semester is only possible based on a new application)

Compulsory enclosures:

• Student Status Certificate from the home faculty
• Instruction of students of the FCE CTU in Prague on WHS
• Instructing students on fire safety
